    Bumping for later!!
  • Hi guys,
I just threw together a "single batch" in my toaster oven and the ratio that worked great was 1/4 cup quick oats to half a small/medium banana. Thought to share in case there are people like me around here who don't handle cookie stockpiles well :)
It made two cookies and they are amaaaahzing. I would say it depends on your oats, mine turned out at 60 cal/piece.
    Thanks Eliza!

Oh these sound delicious. I will definitely need to try these. I also make a 2 ingredient cookie. Take a spice cake mix and a can of 100% pure pumpkin. Mix together and drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven until a little firm to the touch. About 10-15 minutes. They are delicious and was told this is a weight watchers recipe. They are like only 2 points or something like that.

What size can of pumpkin do you use?

I make these a lot for breakfast. One banana (~100 cal) + .5c of Quaker instant oatmeal (150 cal) = 250 calories, which is a good-sized breakfast for me, calorie-wise.

I add a pinch of salt and some cinnamon, and get 6 small cookies out of the batch.

I did make these and they were awesome. Only thing is you need to eat them within a day or two. Mine turned brown (banana's) rather quick

I make these too but have added a few extra ingredients - 4 Tbs ground flax seed, 4 Tbs water, 2/3 c of Craisins, and about 1 tsp of cinnamon. They are great either for breakfast or to take along shopping when you might get hungry and need a little something until you get home! YUM!!!
