    just made these....

    they were terrific (made 6 cookies), but much as i am trying to keep sodium low, i did find i wish they had had a touch of salt.. that being said, using some almond butter as cookie 'icing' turned them into a complete meal.. yum!

    Oh these sound delicious. I will definitely need to try these. I also make a 2 ingredient cookie. Take a spice cake mix and a can of 100% pure pumpkin. Mix together and drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven until a little firm to the touch. About 10-15 minutes. They are delicious and was told this is a weight watchers recipe. They are like only 2 points or something like that.

    Thanks for posting this! I have a spice cake mix but don't want to make it because I'll eat it all! I love pumpkin though so if I can combine both and make them lower cal, it'd be amazing! What size can of pumpkin did you use?
