Weight Loss help please.

I am a 22 year old female, 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 137lbs. I would like advice on how to lose weight to my goal which is 112lbs. I walk just under 4 miles 4 days a week and also do a 20 minute exercise 6 days a week. Currently i do not think i am eating enough calories usually ranging between 600-800 calories net. I dont know what to eat to increase my calories to help with weight loss. Could someone help me please?
