    I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs. It's so much harder to lose weight when you're already so close to the goal. Add me too!
  • yes i agree its loosing that small amount that is soo hard especially if toy are not @overweight@ just toning up your shape! very frustrating!

    I am also looking to lose about 10lbs, so difficult and I keep yoyoing between losing 2-3lbs and then putting it back on again as soon as I dare to have a day off!
    Hopefully we can all give each other a bit of encouragement and all meet our goals!

    I do! I gained 5-6 pounds over the holidays so i'm trying to get back to my post-holiday weight. Just starting "my fitness pal" today and would love a companion to keep me motivated!

    what is everyone doing for exercise i could do with an exercise buddy i have a cross trainer but find it hard to motivate myself to atcually use it !!!lol

    yes - a temporary giving up everything, like carbs, comes back!

    I'm working out, and trying to eat less processed foods.

    I don't know what number on the scale I need to lose, less than 5, but I may need to Gain, because i need more Muscle and let Fat.

    I'm currently doing RevAbs home workout, and when I can make some time I will do additional workouts at the gym. The gym is mainly for getting the kids swimming.

    I have about 10 pounds to go. Today is my first day eating clean and upping my calories. I'm hoping this will help me lose inches even if the scale doesn't move. I have a bridesmaid dress that doesn't zip up comfortably for my sister's wedding and it's getting to be crunch time. Please feel free to add me. Those last 10 are the hardest!

    To be perfectly honest if your goal is that small its more than likely you should be focusing more on muscle gain than weight loss. Also bear in mind that the results you want may not show up in the form of loss on a scale.
