    Outdoors or indoors: Both. running is all outdoors though because I lack a treadmill (or clothes hanger for line dry stuff as mine was used for at my last place)
    State you live in: Florida...the Sunshine State!
    Fastest mile: I don't know...i'm a slow runner. I did once do 2.8 miles in 36:54 while in Cross Country in High School...but that wasn't all running. Asthma makes me a poor runner.
    Heaviest lift: 150 bench. I could also throw a 50 pound bale of alfalfa with each arm...at once...as a teenager. Working the farm was awesome weight experience.
    Favorite healthy food: Brussels Sprouts, squash, or Asparagus! Yum!
    Favorite naughty food: Ice Cream (Hagen Dasz or Coldstone), mashed potatoes, Holiday baking (cookies, cakes, chex mix, etc)
