For those of you doing the 30-Day Shred, are you also doing other exercises on the same day or are you just doing the Shred?

    I'M WALKING TWICE A DAY, UP TO AN HOUR IN TOTAL PLUS 20MINS OF 30 day shred.

    Thanks! When I started doing the 30 day shred I was also doing Power 90, and I think that maybe for me that was over doing it a bit. So, I guess when I do the shred and if I want to do other exercise I should keep it low impact.

    I just barely started the 30 Day Shred, but in conjunction with that, I also go to the gym and do strength training for an hour or so and some low intensity cardio for about 30 minutes. That being said, I don't do the gym right after the video, I wait about an hour or 2 and give my body time to recover. Good luck! I hope you find what works best for you!
