Does anyone know any web sites that is good for working out at home? My son is sick, teething and has an ear infection. I don't want to take him to the gym till he feels better and it would be nice to work out at home while he is taking a nap. Thanks.

Thank You! For some reason I always think You tube is for music only. I keep forgetting it has other things as well.0

I second youtube too! Jillian's 30 day shred is a good under 30 min workout0

fitnessblender.com also has a lot of great (free!) workout videos.0

I looked up 'how to burn 200 calories' on you tube and found an awesome video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zDRd57npSc
It's 16 minutes each of interval aerobics and it's designed to burn 200 calories per segment. I have just done the second one, but it's easy to follow and has a timer on the screen for each part so you can see it counting down ... that helps me for some reason. The chick that teaches it is not as annoying as some aerobics video gals.0 -

Those are what I use.. you're supposed to mix and match them to make a 30-40 min workout but usually I just do 10-15 mins at a time.0 -
Some cable providers have them. I used to have Charter cable and if you go into 'On Demand' there was a fitness section!
Hope your little nugget feels better soon!0 -

I use a lot of video form hasfit.com. The guy doing the videos is really motivational and I really enjoy them! Lots of quick 10 min killer workouts for when you wanna sweat but don't have tons of time!0

Youtube has everything! I even found the "routines" for the new Just Dance games on there. Its like having the game but without the system! If you like to dance, i would check those out or look for zumba, ect.0

^^ all my favourite workout sites. Most of them are short, full-body, little/no equipment, strength and cardio home workouts. But don't be fooled - they are absolutely brutal, and super effective0 -
Thank You everyone!0
