New Month - New Challenge!

Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    Count me in. Not sure I can do 10'000 every day but will make sure I do on my days off for sure! Now where'd I hide that pedometer... hrmm.

    Yay, I'm excited! I loved doing this in December and January! It has changed my lifestyle so much and I think really raised my TDEE! So far in January I've been successful in getting over 10k steps every single day - 3 more days to go!! I'm going to reward myself when I make it. My goal for February will be the same, over 10k steps a day.

    I am in again. No days under 6000, and at least 3 days a week at 10000 minimum.

    i am in for sure! i know my elliptical says im at usually 3500 or more steps in a half and hour session. so 10k should be no problem.
