30 by age @ 30

Hey all of you. I have been on this site for a while counting my calories and tracking my weight loss. I started to really look at my weight about 6 months ago when my husband and I got separated. At first I wanted to lose the weight to rub it in his face but now I want to lose the weight to make myself feel good. I have so far lost 20 lbs and have 10 to go before my 30th birthday in May. I know that these last few lbs are going to take a lot of work.
I only have about 45 min per day to work out (My work had a gym and I work out during my lunch). I really would like to find something out there to do at home for at least 30 mins. Does anyone know a good dvd work out that will help me. Any advise would be nice in nutrition and working out.
