Does MFP reduce the amount of calories after a certain weight loss limit?
or do you have to do it yourself / or does it just stay the same??
Thanks Mamma xx

whenever you feel you've lost enough weight to warrant a decrease, you can go to goals and select guided goals. it will update your calorie limit based on your current weight.0

I know my TDEE goes down as I lose weight. Since I eat TDEE - 20%, my calories go down.0

I recently reached my target weight and have adjusted my settings so that my daily calorie intake is geared toward maintaining that weight. Although, I have gone so long on a net daily calorie intake of 1200, I am, as yet, uncertain how I am going to incorporate 350 extra calories a day...
But I'm sure I'll work something out eventually.
Couple of doughnuts should do it!0 -
