Hi Everyone-

I am trying to do a low calorie cheese cake and have successful found low-calorie/ fat substitutes for all the ingredients, except for the semi-sweet baking chocolate. It is really high in fat. Any substitute suggestions?

Thanks! I just looked at the calorie difference and carob chips would be about half the calories! Its definitely worth a try.

I have found that if I use mini semi sweet chips, then I only need half the amount that the recipe calls for. Works for just about everything,
