I just found the book Shred by Dr. Ian Smith.

I am going to follow his plan because I am curious what he advises and how it works. My goal is to lose 1 pants size and incorporate his menu into my workout program. I am currently on week 1, day 4 and it’s been ok so far.

I am creating this group for anyone that wants to share their tips, questions, ups, downs… with the Shred Program!

    Today is day 5!

    I was starving yesterday, but I did more workouts then recommended. So, today I added in a little extra oatmeal to my morning.

    Otherwise feeling good.

    Very sore though from my workouts this week!
