Awesome. I work a lot and (now I realize) have been fooling myself into thinking I don't have time to work out.
...but you're right...anyone can put up 30 minutes a day. Thanks for sharing this. I'm gonna commit to 30 minutes a day...even if it's "just walking" as you described.

Well done. Exercise can be so underestimated! I am an inch shorter than you and weigh the same as you just now but I haven't exercised in a long time so don't look nearly as slim as you! I do recall when i did resistance exercises people always assumed I weighed less than i was. Great!0

Ok, just started this. I am 58 years old, weight is 138.2 this morning. I want to reach 125 pounds. I want to stay at 1200 calories, and no more than 20 fat grams to hopefully lose 2 pounds a week. My question is how many carbs should I be eating to lose weight.0
