    How long did it take you? I have a similar weight loss journey..and am in the very beginning stage of counting cals. I hope to loose the same amount (30-40 lbs) by July. Do you think this is doable? Also, do you get to have cheat days?

    It took about 6 months. After that the scale isn't moving as fast but my body shape is changing and I'm losing inches and gaining muscle.

    to me 35 lbs is just a kick in a bucket....but..one day...i will only have 10 more lbs to go and ill think..WOW...that girl was the Bomb in that cute black dress....just amazing...great work.....
