IN. This is going to be a killer challenge, but I am going to give it a shot. I use to do them for 30 seconds as fast as I could and it was difficult. That was when I was about 20 lbs lighter and in much better shape too! Party's on!0

All done. Those were tough but I got through them all. Best part is that I got my ten year old son to do them with me. He is a little overweight so I am trying to get him to move more.0

Done thanks for that, feeling bad cause I went over my calories today, and this reminded me that its always good to get a little exercise in when you can!0
