What are your goals other than the "goal weight"?

    My main goal is to continue to "feel good" about myself, & not eat food that makes me feel horrible. Since I've been on MFP, when I eat bad food I feel it. My body doesn't like it.

    My other goal is to run another half marathon and beat my time from my recent half I just ran! :).

    Here's to a healthy 2013!!! ????

    I'm really doing this to lose my gut, which is just a side effect of losing weight. Other than that I want to be able to actually run through an entire Spartan Beast.

    I want my rings to fit comfortably. I can now get them on. Getting them off is a challenge. I'd like to be able to slide them on and off with ease.

    Knowing what I'm eating, always. No worries about the bad things I was eating in processed foods slowly killing me!

    Walk a 12 minute mile
    Run a 5K
    Do the 100 pushups plan, with full pushups
    Squat/Deadlift my body weight
    Do a pullup/chinup
    Workout 3X a week for 52 weeks in a row.
    Do a 3 minute plank
    Row a 10k in under 50 minutes (my first one was a little over an hour)

    I have some goal measurements in mind too.

    I guess that's enough for now. I am not working on all of these actively at the moment. But I'll get there.

    82 situps in 2 min
    2 mile run in 15:56
    ---AKA Female Max score on an Army Physical Fitness Test

    Squat 1.5X body weight -- At body weight for 12 reps right now
    Bench press body weight -- 40 lbs more to go. I either need to get stronger or lose more weight :happy:

    Lose 10 inches from my midsection -- at 8 inches gone at this point.
    BF% between 18-20%
