    Skim milk, cottage cheese, FF, Hard cheese, Low fat,Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese,Eggs, Egg whites,Turkey bacon, Lettuce, celery, baby carrots, baby new potatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, canned veggies, clementines, honeycrisp apples, ground sirloin or ground round, chicken breasts and thighs, (boneless skinless), Strip steak,cod or pollock or orange roughy filets, tuna packed in water single serve pkgs, sandwich thins (multigrain), English Muffins, Canned tomatoes, beans (kidney, lima, refried, garbanzo), Greek Yogurt, whole wheat pasta, Triscuits, seasonings, Spaghetti sauce, deli meat (lean roast beef, smoked or mesquite turkey breast, turkey pastrami), cheese slices, honey mustard, quick oats, salad dressings, Progresso soups. Most of what I buy is geared towards packing my lunches for work in addition to cooking my meals for the week. I rarely buy anything from the cafeteria at work.
