Good Morning All! I feel the connection as well. I must admit that I didn't meet this weeks challenge and it definitely showed on the scale. Also, I hadn't changed my goal intake either. So I was eating way more calories than I should have. I did not meet my goal of losing 5 lbs this week but you know what, I did lose 0.8lbs this week. I didn't gain, I had a relatively good week, and I have a plan of attack for next week.
I can't wait for the next challenge. I want to propose one that we use our Note box and write 5 sentences about the day and do it for the week. You'd be amazed on what you find out about yourself in that week.
So my plan of attack this week is to Stretch, do the C25K this week for nine weeks with Sweetie_666 and NewMe80xoxo and follow my new food goals of 1240 calories.
Thank you guys for keeping me accountable.

Hi Ladies ,
I would so love to join your challenge. But I think Im going to try to double the calories burnt for the week. I dont know how accurate the calculator is on this sight but I have compared it to other sites and they pretty much say the same thing. And with the weight I am the smallest workout burns tons of calories.
So...
Starting weight # 388 ( march 31,2010)
Today May 7, 2010 - 360
Monday - Didnt work out ( slacked off )
Tues - 683 calories burnt
Wed - 816 calories gone
Thurs- slacked off again
Fri- 2982 calories dead and gone
Sat- have to wait until I get off from work but I estimate atleast 1000
4481 calories off so far this week. 525000 more until I reach my goal weight0 -

I use that box to note if I was traveling or not that day. 24 out of the last 57 days I've been out of state.0 -
