I didn't know my goal weight because I was training for my first Figure competition and had no idea what the end result would be since I have never pushed my body to the limits. I ended up at 121 as shown in my profile picture. Went from size 12 to size 1 at competition weight (not a realistic, maintainable weight by the way). I am training for my second competition and am at 143 right now but my body composition is completely different. I am a size 5 instead of a size 8, which is what I would usually be at that weight.
    It took four months.
I ate 1,400-1,600 calories a day. This was based on my basal metabolic rate of 1,450 and we added a few hundred calories because I was exercising two hours a day, seven days a week.
The calories did not change as I progressed because my basal metabolic rate changed only minimally. The thing that changed in my diet was the percentage of carbs, fat, and protein I ate. Started at 45%-20%-35% and ended up at 35%-20%-45% respectively.
No I did no eat back the calories that I burned except for he extra couple hundred. I was burning about 1,000 calories from cardio an weight lifting every day.
Evidence that you have to EAT to lose weight y'all.

Yes, eating back your exercise calories is how MFP is set up. I found creating a deficit through exercise to be the most helpful tool in losing the weight.

150 or less...never been there so we'll see!
Currently down 92 pounds in about 13 months....about 60 to go.
    Currently 1600ish
Did your aloted calories change with loss? I adjust them often and I don't use MFP settings.
Did/do you eat back your burned/worked off calories? I started with Weight Watchers and I ate all my extra points and activity points, and lost very well. Now that I understand calories, I figure my TDEE average for the week and stay under that with out going too low. I don't see a reason to be hungry all the time, so I eat.

Aloted daily calories? (I try to, but I won't be too hard on myself if I don't make it now and again)
Did your aloted calories change with loss? Yes, I lose about 20 calories for every 2-3 lbs I lose.
Did/do you eat back your burned/worked off calories? Sometimes ...but usually not because I exercise at the end of my day so my body isn't expecting to eat again so late.
