Used to be a walker/runner. Had health problems, like a heart attack. Finally I just said to heck with it. I was tired of bening old, fat, and stupid., and the only thing I could do anything about was "fat.." So here I am, HELLO.

I recommend and am reading Dr. Madelyn H. Fernstrom's book, "The Runners Diet." It has been and is being a great motivation for me. Setting realistic goals and acheving them.
