    That before and after is like 2 different people.

    Congratulations on your success so far. I'm on month 1 and have lost 20 lbs....I hope I can be as successful as you.

    I too do cardio most days....I definitely upped my activity level this month and I am highly motivated to keep it up next month. .

    I'm interested to know how you changed your diet? Eating out much or cooking most meals?
    Any good resources for easy recipes you recommend?
