A bowling date NSV (no pics)

Last night I had a date and we went bowling. I was a little worried because the last time I went bowling I was about 70 pounds heavier and I sweated like a pig. My hair was soaked from all the sweat. I looked like I did an hours-worth of calisthenics inside a sauna.

Last night the sweat was minimal. I've also been following the lifting program in The New Rules of Lifting: Supercharged for tthe last 4 weeks. I noticed my balance was better than it has been and I was able to bend more at the knee than I can remember .

This is an awesome NSV! Especially today because I plan on making my SO take me on a long awaited date tonight. Maybe I'll have a Date NSV of my own :blushing:
