    Lost 16 pounds a few months back and dove off the wagon and regained every.single.pound back! But I'm back on it again and don't plan on slowing down until I reach and maintain my goal weight.

    I am very muscular when working out (iget lots of muscle, fast) a previous trainer said there was no way I should be under 160.Mi think he's right.

    I agree!! muscular or not, this is a great goal weight, unless you have a really slim frame you will suffer with excess skin and wrinkles the older you get... I'm currently 193 and aiming for 170... at 45yrs
