I use Pandora. Like it or not, I use dubstep and industrial. (*I like it, just not Skrillex. He ruined the fun for everyone.) Dubstep is always 130-145 bpm. I have a DJ friend that does industrial clubs in Detroit so he whips up stuff for me that's at 130.

I actually don't listen to anything while I am lifting weights as I tend to focus on breathing correctly. I know it sounds stupid, but it seriously helps me push through if I concentrate on breathing properly. If I do cardio (usually a run once a week) I listen to Pandora's David Guetta channel.

Somehow I missed that Pandora has channels! I've only used it by typing in a song, and say play songs like this. Good to know! Will check out the work out channel today.

Depends what I am doing. For Yoga ocean waves mixed under "New age" relaxing or light classical pieces For my C25K training that I've just started (and suck at lol) the podcasts I downloaded for my MP3 player. For anything else that dose not already come with music (I find that tends to be best or the beats can get out of step) upbeat dance, trance, dupstep mixes I take a shine to on youtube or more often then not old school (1920's-1940's) boogie woogie swing (I know... I'm weird  )

Everything! I use jog.fm to find songs that match my pace when I run. It really helps to keep me moving when I'm feeling lazy or to slow me down if I'm starting to run at a pace that would cause me to burn out too quickly. Most of the songs I use are around 155-160 bpm, some of my favorites are...
gin blossoms - follow you down
    rihanna - cheers
the kooks - she moves in her own way
    vampire weekend - holiday
    passion pit - make light
I also listen to a lot of rap when I work out (which is odd since I'm certainly not a fan of rap any other time)
