Some of you may think this is kind of a stupid question but im really confused!! my calorie intake should be around 1600 to maintain a healthy rate of weight loss, so should i eat that amount and create my deficit wiith exercise, which usually leaves me with net calories of around the 200-300 mark, or should my net calories be 1600? im really struggling to understand!! thanks for any help you can give

If you're following MFP's system, you don't need to create a deficit with exercise. MFP has already created one for you with the calorie goal they give you. You should be netting the number they give you.
