down 45 lbs! progress pics!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to post some progress pics to hopefully give some people starting out some hope! Also, I am extremely proud of myself and thrilled that all of my hard work is paying off and showing positive results!

Height: 5'7
Starting weight: 235
Current weight: 190.8
Goal weight: 155

My secret:
NO fast food
staying on track with calories (I also eat the calories I worked off during exercise- I know this is highly debated, but it's working for me! )
I also work out 5 xs a week.
Mon: 6 mile beach walk
tuesay: 30 min cardio + Get On The Ball And Sculpt class
wed: 6 mile beach walk
thurs: day off! :)
Fri: upper body weight training + 30 min cardio
Sat: lower body weight training + 30 min cardo
Sun: day off! :)
