Ponytails are SEXY? For real?
Okay, a ponytail to me is a quick, cool way to wear my hair when I'm getting hot & sweaty working out. See?:
But on a recent episode of NCIS, I was surprised to hear the male characters talking in a group about how SEXY a ponytail is. Really?!? *smh* So, I called up my bestie and asked if she'd ever heard that. Nope, but she had more guys talk to her in the gym when she's wearing one. And lately, I got some compliments when wearing one outside my workouts.
So, yes, I know the NCIS show is fiction. But did the writers base it on something real? Now I'm officially curious. Do guys really find a woman's ponytail sexy? True or False?

Guys like me with a ponytail and without. I think my hair looks better down. But some guys say that having my hair down distracts from my face, kinda hides it. It also has to do with how nice your hair is. Hahah.
But anyway, all guys are different. And some girls will look better with their hair down, some will look better with their hair up.0 -
The last time I heard about it it was in an anime where the plot of the episode became tracking down this serial pony-tailer, who was running around and giving unsuspecting ladies pony-tails to satisfy his fetish for them.
Something about the back of the neck and how it's shown more with the hair up? /Shrugs

I don't know, but I was curious too because last night at a party my friends were yelling at me about how they were jealous because '"Your hair ALWAYS looks sooooo goood!" And I was like guys, I wear it in a ponytail 99% of the time... and they were like "Yes and it looks AMAZING!"
So that kind of threw me for a loop... I always thought ponytails just gave off an "I don't care today" vibe. But apparently people think it looks good :P0 -

Moreso becuase I go to school and work in a daycare, so it's best to prevent lice this way, but I always have it up, It's super long as well and bothers me if its down, but I dont want to cut it.0 -

I've been told over and over how un-sexy ponytails are. I would love to pull off a good ponytail. I think it just depends on the person/hair line.

It has been my experience that men like pony tails.
And my husband especially likes when I am naked and brushing my hair or putting my hair up into a ponytail.
Also two braids on the side, men used to like when I wore my hair that way (I haven't worn it that way for a couple years).0 -
