Probably eggs.
Closely followed by Greek yogurt. And fresh fruit. Veggies. Beans. Nuts. Peanut butter. Oatmeal.0 -
Eggs/egg whites.
Beef, cheese, sweet potatoes and bacon are all very close runners up.0 -
Chobani mango yogurt. It is a must for me!!!0

Onions. Everyone in the house gets grumpy when there are no onions.0

Oats and almond milk!
Also am I the only one who thought "I want to go to there" from 30 rock?0 -
chicken breast, seasoned rice vinegar, 100 calorie bagels and sandwich rounds, fresh vegetables, laughing cow light cheese wedges and mini baby bell light cheeses..0

Rolled oats, frozen fruit (berries usually), almond/soya milk, turkey breast steaks, baby spinach leaves! Yummm!0

Eggs, almond milk, bacon, tuna, beef, chicken, butter, coconut oil, mayo, celery, onions, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, a banana, avocado, roasted unsalted almonds, cashews, walnuts, macademia nuts, and jay robb whey isolate protein powder. I eat some combination of all of that every week.0
