Vegan breakfast with less carbs?

Hi there,

I'd like to lost three kilos and I'm vegan. I'm 1.60m and it seems I eat between 2100 and 2300 calories per day. Myfitnesspal tells me, I should cut it down to 1500, if I want to lose weight. I work out quite a lot, so I'm hungry and now that my muesli is out of the question, what should I have for breakfast? Any ideas?

I personally find cereal servings too small to possibly last me til lunch!

Peanut butter and apple or PB on banana is a good start, around 60 cals for a piece of fruit and 190 calories for 2T of PB which is a well worth it splurge. A spoonful of PB mixed into a bowl of oatmeal is good too.

But my secret to morning success is a mid morning snack or 2. I am on 1200-1300 a day and I almost always eat breakfast + 1-2 snacks (like a banana or some dry cereal) to get through my 7am to 1pm work mornings.

And I eat part of my exercise calories too :) sometimes you just need it!
