Does anyone have any good exercises that will help me get a flat stomach? maybe even future abs. (Other than cardio...) Also, Are there any good diet out there? I'm a 5' 3'', 120 pound girl, if that helps in any way.

Deadlifts and squats can do wonders for strengthening the midsection.
However, you can't lose fat in any particular spot. It will go away in whatever order it so desires.0 -
1. Exercise doesn't flatten your stomach.
2. Design your own diet.
3. Try resistance training.0 -
What if I don't have a problem eating small? Like, I can easily go throughout the day and not eat anything other than a bagel and vitamin water. But, I still haven't lost my stomach fat. What should I do? Should I change my diet or will that make me gain more weight?0

Where's your protein/vegetables/healthy fats/fruits? You need to eat a lot more than just a bagel to try and get healthy. Most people here aren't on a diet. We have changed our entire lifestyle because diets don't work.0
