Weight loss

I've found that cutting out sugar and butter has massively reduced my weight in a short space of time. Has anyone else removed anything from their diet and seen great results?

    i;ve been at this 2 years now, 1 year on here, i found cutting out cheese and chocolate and reducing portion size of pasta helped me at the start

    I notice if I have a low sugar day (I am always over sugar due to fruit) and cut out sweeteners I lose weight better.

    I stopped eating meat & processed carbs & my whole world changed. The best part is I rarely get sick anymore.
