I have a question what would I or should I put down for the insanity fit test, more specifically how many calories on average does it burn? I try and type each individual exercise and I get no results. *no negativity please it is not needed or wanted thanks*

For a program like Insanity, the best thing to do is wear a heart-rate monitor for your own individual burn. It varies greatly from person to person. My burn in Insanity was different from others with whom I did it.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks! And where could I pick one of those up at like a sports store or something?0

I got my HRM at walmart it was inexpensive and when I compared it to the machines at the gym it was accurate I use one that does not need a chest strap0

I use a fitbit - I also found this website to be pretty accurate: http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx0

You could log it as circuit training in the meantime, that's what I did until I got my HRM0

I would log it as either circuit training or aerobics high impact. You could always look into getting a hrm monitor as they tend to be more accurate. I use a polar brand.0
