I know that this month I am down from a size 20 to a 16, got into a 14 but really didnt like the way they fit way too much of a muffin top but hey i am working down to it! when I really get into a 14 I'll have to post my before and after of that lol

A very noticeable difference. Sometimes it takes time for your head to catch up. I have lost 115 lbs. went for a size 26 to a 14 as of today. But in pics, the mirror, standing with others, I still see me as being the biggest in the group, the biggest in the pics, and the same fat person. Actually the only place I really notice is in my face and my running joke is that yes I am big headed but I didn't know I had a 115 lb head. lol-not funny I know. But just keep at it. You will eventually see what the rest of us sees. You look great!0

Thanks everyone! It really is encouraging to have people notice and sometimes it doesnt seem like the people close to me really notice it but hey I'll get there!0

You're doing great! I can see the difference...hope that even if you can't "see" it yourself, that you, more importantly, FEEL the difference. Yea!!!0

Great job!! Yes there is a difference! A funny thing I've noticed lately and will keep in mind. I've seen a lot of people on here lose a good amount of weight, post before/afters that clearly show it, but say no one around them the their daily life has said anything or noticed. I've had that happen before too and got discouraged in the past. It must be something about it being gradual because they see you everyday, or people worried about saying anything. Anyway, I just say all that to not worry too much if those around you don't say anything. I'm going to take my own advice on that as well :-). Congrats again and keep up the good work.0

Even with not wearing the same clothes in pic 1 and the last one you can see the difference. If you were wearing similar outfits I'd bet you'd see a bigger difference. Good job!!0

I can totally see the difference! Great job- keep it going!0

Definite difference! Congrats on your success.
I'm with the others who've said it's hard to see ourselves in our new smaller bodies. In fact, I think it freaks me out a little and so that's why I don't see it. So I had to learn to celebrate and make the realization in other ways. For example...you're down...31 pounds? I'd load up a backpack with 30ish pounds of stuff and carry it around for an hour. The sheer relief of taking it off will be a moment of "Hot dang I've lost THAT much weight off my body!". That works better for me than the visual stuff.
But regardless...you look amazing and I hope you feel a deep sense of pride in your accomplishment thus far.0 -
Way to go! You are really getting that skinny waist thing going! We see it and are proud of your work. People in your life may be scared to comment since they don't know what is going on with you. Maybe have a girlfriend party when you get to a significant goalpost and share your new WOE (way of eating) with those important to you. They will probably be more vocally supportive when they know its okay to comment.0

Awesome job! Don't worry so much about what people might say to you, some people can be really damaging to your progress, just ignore them. It's great what you're doing, before long you'll be a healthier you.0

Very noticeable. It does take time for your head to catch up! My head still hasn't caught up! I see myself as a lot bigger than I am. At my biggest I saw myself smaller than I was. It's taken me almost 2 years, and I just feel I'm catching on a little.
Take lots of pictures. Looking at them often makes you see what you can't in the mirror... And accept people's compliments and amazement! They are being genuine. Really study these pictures and you'll see a huge difference! Xxx0 -
Absolutely noticeable! You're doing a great job!0
