need support :(

The last 3 days our computer got a virus, so I only have my phone to track...i have my monthly bill right now, sorry for the over share. But I've felt like crap, gone over my caps and not worked out! I'm on a slippery slope, scared I'm gunna gain my weight back. I feel like I could eat all day lately...uh! How do you ladies deal with this every month?

    i dont know how ladies deal with hunger but i just drink water, diet drink mix, diet pop, black coffee... basically as much liquid that near 0 cal as i can every time i get hungry i drink more. also dill pickles or hot peppers seem to make me feel full
  • I try to fill up on veggies... BUT... usually I just crave sweets so I try to find low fat treats (fat free chocolate pudding, frozen yogurt, smoothies, etc.)... I figure that at least I'm taking in less calories if I'm eating the "healthier" versions! :laugh:
  • make a lunch and grab a friend and go for a hike. Take your mind off things and vent a bit.

    I stick to planned meals (I made myself a schedule). Between times, I try to get away from food and do something else, anything else.
  • My snack of choice is kettle corn, it helps with my salty and sweet cravings. Also I know the days I feel like I don't want to workout I see that my friends have worked out and it makes me feel like I can do it. Another helpful idea is to have videos on hand, a 20 minute Jillian workout is quick but counts. Lastly if you need any motivational friends feel free to add me. Good luck you can do it.
  • All natural peanut butter for me--Walmart has a great brand and is about the same price as regular peanut butter. calms my craving for something sweet for a fraction of the calories of a candy bar. And LOTS of water! :smile:
  • i have this problem especially when it is around my time of the month ... and during... but when i decided to lose weight again i told myself instead of falling off the wagon again and again like before, im just going to surround myself with as much healthy as i can (seeing as how im low on money so i cant do as good as i want to.) so at work i have a container of almonds and i keep buying yogurt, and oatmeal works good for me too... when im hungry for a snack ill grab something like that :)

    Distracting myself by going out or calling a friend..

    Thanks everyone! For some reason this month is worse than the others. I think it's because I'm under a lot of stress right now.
