Self Introduction here!

Hi,

I'm 25 year's old. I have been exercising weekly for the past few months. After, roughly 3 year break from being in the gym.

Since I've started in August...I have lost 40 lbs (as of last week), most of which was lost due to cutting pop/cola out of my diet.. Myfitnesspal and my friends are my forms of motivation.

I am constantly reading about workouts and health facts as well as learning the science behind burning calories as a hobby. If anyone would like help, advice, or motivation, let's work together.
