2. Drink Water like it's your job!
3. Plan each meal in advance!
4. EAT!! Don't make up for overeating by not eating!!
5. Revisit your food journal and repeat a good week!
6. Remind yourself how far you've come, not how far you have left!!
7. MOVE! - Anything that gets your heart racing or your sweat pouring will make a difference!!

Fruits and veggies are my friends...fruits and veggies are my friends.....fruits and veggies are my friends...

In.ove them! Use to eat them all the time. Came here. Got scared of too many carbs and slumped in eating my friends. So now I record 75% of my fruits and veggies as quick add calories, so the carb tally doesn,t bother me.

Excellent post, However if you eat 10,000 calories maybe eating 2000 the next day is not such a good idea haha, cut back a little bit the day after a binge then return to normal ^_^

Kaley....love your list of helpful tidbits. They are awesome! A great reminder that this is a journey and a life style change and it takes time to change old habits. If you have one bad day then don't repeat it tomorrow! Good luck with your goals. I am just beginning my journey and feeling pretty energized! Can't wait to see some progress! Have a great week everyone!

    I will add:
    - if you are full stop eating! lately I have noticed that I feel full sooner, so if I logged a cup of rice and I feel full before I finish it, I either save it for later or throw it out. there is no point in eating just to finish the place.
-its ok to have sweets, IN MODERATION! I used to have a handful of cookies with a big cup of milk. Lately I have been taking one cookie and eating it slowly. It is amazing how satisfying one cookie can be. takes care of the sweet tooth and doesn't run my day
