Do you mean that you only ate the calories you eared through exercise and none of your actual allocation?
  • Yes sorry if it wasn't clear.

If there is no exercise then I can eat 1860. I only ate my exercise calories. No calories were touched from the other pot.

  • Thanks for the response. I'm on my cell phone. Hard to navigate. Just waiting for the Superdome can turn the lights back on so the game can end and I can do my reading.

Just do things your way for a while, try it for about 6-8 months, then come back and let us know how it's going for you.

As far as I can tell, you either

    A) Have no clue, honestly
    2) Want to make sure everyone on the entire site sees you burn 3000+ calories per workout
    III) Enjoy the troll life

Way too much exercise and very poor nutrition.

Eat breakfast and stay away from Checkers, to start.

You are not starting a path to a lasting healthy lifestyle.

I have to ask, do you use an HRM (heart rate monitor) for the estimates or do you use the machines?

I'm becoming increasingly convinced of the latter.
  • I was trying to ask a serious question and hopefully get advice. Sorry if I am not to par to your standards.

I was using heart rate monitor.

I guess I won't be coming to the community.

Thank you all for your unwelcoming opinion. I hope other reads this so they know not everyone on this site is to help but to mock other users.

I was burnig lots of calories cause I want to loose the weight. You know calorie in calorie out crap.

Oh, well, we have seen this type of posting before. You are new, and you are asking some easily researched questions. People are basically good and want to help you. Especially here. This is an extremely tame and friendly site, as far as forums go.

Give them a chance to help you without getting too defensive.

Or you can leave in a huff. But really, people want to help you. Just let them.

When you post an issue or question, try to ask a question or make it clear what your issue is....no one really knew what you were talking about by looking at your first post in this thread. So they went "off" trying to figure it out...
