If there is no exercise then I can eat 1860. I only ate my exercise calories. No calories were touched from the other pot.0 -

A) Have no clue, honestly
2) Want to make sure everyone on the entire site sees you burn 3000+ calories per workout
III) Enjoy the troll life0 -

Oh, well, we have seen this type of posting before. You are new, and you are asking some easily researched questions. People are basically good and want to help you. Especially here. This is an extremely tame and friendly site, as far as forums go.
Give them a chance to help you without getting too defensive.

When you post an issue or question, try to ask a question or make it clear what your issue is....no one really knew what you were talking about by looking at your first post in this thread. So they went "off" trying to figure it out...0
