Okay, I am getting confused about what my heart rate zone is. I am "thinking" it is 125-134. I am just going to put out there and give my info and hope some one can tell me what it is supposed to be. I am 54 yrs old, weigh 188, am 5'5" tall and female. Any help would be very appreciated. I just ordered a HRM today so I guess that will help, but right now I am very confused. Help!!!
