I am currently weighed in at 150.6 lbs and 6"1, my gym says I am 4% body fat, I would like to believe I am 6-8%
I am trying to get extremely stronger before June, I am enlisted into the Marine Corps and I ship out June 20th
I was hoping someone could go through my foods for the last few days and critique them, tell me what I should be eating, what I shouldn't be eating
Some things on there I understand, I slipped and ate taquitos, and a burger in the last week, other than that I have been on track.
My ultimate goal is to have a strong, lean and muscular body that is durable. High muscle mass, low body fat.

Your diary isn't set to open.
Also, if you are only 4-8% BF, you're going to need to be hammering down some serious calories to keep up with any kind of strength training regimen, as you have no reserves to rely upon.0 -

The dairy part is true, I read that it would help show my abdominal area better if I cut dairy, so I tried to avoid it (Lactose)
I am not lactose intolerant0 -

DIARY lol, not dairy. As in we can't read what you're eating because you have it set to private. But yeah man, you gotta eat. You can't add muscle mass with supplements and no calories.0 -

your diary is private but if your bodyfat is genuinely 4% you're lucky you're still alive :S0

Bodybuilders are at 6-8 percent bodyfat at their best...
Not bad0 -
My "Dairy" settings are now on public, Thanks everyone
It was about 2 am when I attempted to reply last.0 -
pretty much just repeat all of the high carbohyrate meals but add more protein. you need to be eating large meals every 2 hours to gain mass as you have alot of muscle go gain!0

Given that you have stated that you want to increase muscle mass, I'd up the protein and shave off the carbs a bit. That being said, I wouldn't go too overboard, given how low your bodyfat is. You don't exactly have glycogen stores for days like some of us fatties do. xD
Something like 40p/30f/30c would probably work fine for you. Also, your caloric needs will depend more upon what your actual training regimen looks like. I've seen some people going as high as 5000 when bulking, but I don't know enough about your body to say that something that high is the way to go. That's where your self-awareness comes into play.0 -
I think your meals look good. sorry I am no help0

Thank you everyone! and everyone helps, even if it is a bit.
Do you guy's/girl's have any recommended meals for me?
I know I'll get bored of this type of routine eventually! Haha0 -
Trying to bump this thread back up, But can anyone answer my previous question? Healthy meals for building muscle mass?0
