Getting back into it

Hello everyone,

Im ANdy, Im getting back into exercising and eating right. Ive fallen off the wagon a few times. Trying to make this one work. Im hoping visiting the site will keep me inspired.

Ive identified a couple of pitfalls

1) snacking while driving - i got into a terrible habit of snacking while I drive.Whenever I'm in the car I feel like I need something to eat to pass the time.

2) snacking after a meal / at night - I'll eat breakfast or lunch or dinner - as soon as im finished, I'll go to cupboard looking for something else. I know im not hungry, just want something

3) BEER!!!! - I got into another bad habit drinking 3 or 4 beers a day. I wouldnt get drunk, just have a few beers everyday. Of course that was followed by ...... snacks- potato chips or pretzels or whatever.

Im trying to go without any beer until St Patricks day. roughly 1.5 months from now.

    This site is definitely going to be a helping tool! It holds you accountable for everything you put into your mouth. I love how you can find the amount of calories in just about anything.... Including BEER! :)
