I'm late to the party but I REALLY want to do this, so I'm going to try to make up for lost time. I walk a lot anyway (from the house to the bus, around downtown Chicago, etc) so hopefully it won't be TOO hard.

All my miles for this thread are walking. No running for me (bad knees). I'm hoping that with a commitment solely to walking for 50 miles, that'll increase my overall moving in other areas too. It's working so far! :happy:
