    I've been here for @month but no one has spoken to me. I tried getting to know someone but they haven't logged on in 2 weeks. Good luck to you. Its easy this program. I have lost 7 lbs so far by just charting what I'm eating. I need to work on increasing my water intake .:flowerforyou:
