Lots of cardio & oblique workouts, e.g:

I've also heard that excess cortisol (stress hormone) stores fat all around the middles so anything relaxing like yoga / meditation can help cut down belly fat/love handles, I just started yoga - figured it was worth a try
    Good luck!

Yoga is a good static strength and flexibility exercise set...but it's total crap for weight loss. Basically, you just have to lose weight, and the fat will leave your body in whatever order it so desires.

You have to lose body fat all over hun. I had the same trouble. Cardio, eat at a deficit and keep your protein high to preserve muscle. Trust me...it will go away.

That's got fats on it so it's not a true protein. Chicken breast, tuna, fish in general, red meat if you like, plain greek yogurt, egg whites. Depends on your calories.
  • Try running. Fat will fall off if you keep it up and you'll feel more trim everywhere!
