All my miles for this thread are walking. No running for me (bad knees). I'm hoping that with a commitment solely to walking for 50 miles, that'll increase my overall moving in other areas too. It's working so far! :happy:
1 Feb: 2.35 miles
2 Feb: 0 :grumble:
3 Feb 2.15 miles
4 Feb 2.04 miles
Total so far: 6.54 miles

Hey, can anyone do this , if they don't normally run 50 miles a month but run regularly
It's a challenge. Meant to take you out of the ordinary. It's less than 2 miles a day. Easily doable, especially if you do a slightly longer run at least one day a week. Even with regular running, it's nice to take a walk a few times a week.
