Me too - Have to get back at if after Christmas and moving over the holidays. Have to get my gym back together in the basement and will be starting 5 x 5 STrong lifts this week!0

My goal this week is to keep up with exercising at least 5 days a week for 45 - 60 minutes a day and drink 6 glasses of water per day.0 -
