When I still had 75 pounds to lose I weighed every day to get a handle on what my body fluctutaions are. Once I got down to about 30 pounds left I switched to once a week. Now with only 5-8 to go, once a month.0

Actually once a week, always on Wed morning!
But lately I've been weighing myself almost every day, or every other day.
I know that isn't good but I'm trying to get back to my weigh-once-a-week routine0 -

I track my Wednesday morning weight - however, I have a terrible habit of weighing in sometimes numerous times a day. I will often weigh-in in the morning and then again at night just to see the fluctuation throughout the day. Sometimes more than that.0

I used to weight myself every day but it kinda depressed me on the days put on weight. I didn't understand that your body changes though the week so now I just weigh myself on Sunday mornings.
Saturday is my major gym day when I exercise for 3 hours straight so it's always been Sunday's that my weight it at it's lowest.0 -

I'm one of those people that like to weigh almost everyday. I weigh myself after using the toilet, but before showering and eating anything. For me, even seeing a little loss, I feel better. If I see a small gain, it pushes me to do better at food choices that day. It's just my motivation.0

I'm bad, I weight 2-3 times a day.0
-
Every Monday.0
-
Sunday mornings when I wake up.0

Officially--Monday Mornings after my run. Unofficially--whenever I feel like it! Sometimes this is every day, but I don't get upset if the numbers have gone up a little, I know that fluctuations are normal.0

Thursday mornings, after I pee. (TMI Tuesday)
^^^Ha! There are some of us with very, very specific routines that would blow the TMI 'o-meter off the wall.
I used to weigh obsessively. As in multiple times a day. But we wacky binge eaters have some funny habits.
Now I keep my scales in the hall closet so it has to be a choice to go get them, set them up, weigh and put the back which slows me up to about four times a week. I'd love to get down to once a week. Still hopeful but happy with less than every day now!0
