    Kalamazoo here...Yeah it's cold. I workout indoors this time of year. Cold air tends to bother my asthma, so DVDs and Zumba classes keep me active. Once it gets above 50 degrees I want to start C25K. Hate running on the treadmill.

    Re: working out when it's cold- I ran outdoors last winter since it was pretty mild, but I'm doing Crossfit indoors now and LOVING it!

    I use this gym as well - good location and $10 a month?! SCORE! :wink:

    yes, can't beat the price. I have the black membership, $20/month and I can take a guest which is usually my husband. If he can't go I take my daughter.

    Belleville, MI here. I just started about 3 weeks ago. Yes, I workout and work out in the cold! lol I clean a horse barn for fun but since that just gives me mainly upper body strength, I have started doing all sorts of aerobics including walking and jogging. I can hardly wait until it's nice enough to bike though!
