Hey, can anyone do this , if they don't normally run 50 miles a month but run regularly
It's a challenge. Meant to take you out of the ordinary. It's less than 2 miles a day. Easily doable, especially if you do a slightly longer run at least one day a week. Even with regular running, it's nice to take a walk a few times a week.

I swam just shy of 50 miles in January. But running or walking that much is out of the question. I don't want a second foot surgery. :bigsmile:0

Alright I kind of failed in January but now I am back!! Training for a 10k and hoping the weather behaves in a reasonable manner....
