    Amazing!!!!! I am truly inspired. I lost weight before on my own in 2004. I only did it to get married and after that, I stopped exercising and you know I gain all the weight back plus more. Yesterday I started taking care of me again, and I can hardly wait to end up with the results similar to yours. Thanks for the photo's and for the inspiration.

    I am 5 foot - 3 inches. Weighing 177 was not working for me. Nope, not at all.. had to do something, so on May 6th 2012, I did, I got my butt out of bed and went up to a high school track and started running. I ran one lap and thought I was going to die!

    I wanted to unzip my chest, lay down on the ground and hang my tongue out!

    Now? I can run for an hour and I don't feel like I have to unzip my chest! Now that is more like it for someone who is a grandma of 5 and pushing 50!
