...why is sex and the calories it burns not on the exercise database!!? Do I class it as vigourous aerobic activity?

    Another calorie counting website I used to use described it as 'moderate intensity'.... :wink:

    But without being too graphic - how are you going to judge the duration? A stopwatch might cause offense! LOL

    Sadly enough, it doesn't burn nearly as many calories as you think while "involved" in the activity.

    Also, if you enter it yourself, then everyone gets to see "So and So burned _________ calories during sex today". Mine is listed as "cardiovascular improvement" :wink:

    Absolutely Love it! I'm telling the OH it doesn't burn any...havn't got THAT much energy...he knows how desperate I am to lose weight and would just use it to his advantage :laugh:
